Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Every AKERS piece is handled individually. Orders are processed and shipped with care to preserve the condition of each garment. Total time from order to receiving your garment typically ranges from 4 to 8 business days. 


PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may extend to 3–5 business days.
Because each jacket is one-of-one, AKERS may perform an additional quality check before shipment.


TRANSIT TIMES

Domestic U.S. shipments generally deliver within:

  • Standard: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited/2-day: 2 business days (where available)

  • Express/Overnight: Next-business-day (where available)

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carriers may experience delays due to weather, routing, or peak seasons.


SHIPPING COSTS

Standard, domestic US shipping is free. Otherwise, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on service level, weight, and destination.
AKERS does not mark up carrier rates, but it does charge an expedited handling fee.

Signature confirmation may be required on high-value shipments at AKERS’s discretion.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International delivery times vary by destination.
Duties, VAT, import taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in AKERS shipping charges.
Transit may be delayed by customs processing.


SHIPMENT HANDLING AND RISK

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the recipient.
AKERS is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, or parcels marked as delivered.


ORDER CHANGES

AKERS wants happy customers, but based on various circumstances, it may not be able to modify or cancel an order once it has begun processing. Please reach out if you need help.
